About JJ’s Beehive
JJ’s Beehive is small online business, JJ’s Beehive comes from a combination of my family names, Jackie(me), my daughters Julia & Bee and we like to keep busy so Beehive, I operate from a small country town on the Copper Coast , South Australia.
I’ve lived and worked in very isolated regions around Australia, best memories of my adventurous life. I’ve seen most of Australia with only Tasmania, region above Townsville and bottom half of WA left to explore.
I can no longer work as my health has taken a battering, so this is my labour of love. It’s my baby! Great customer service is extremely important to me.

How Do I Ship?
I use international suppliers, I select suppliers that can ship what your wanting in fastest time. Not using Australia Post keeps my prices low, as they charge more than my suppliers. I’m always looking for new suppliers, they must have quality products, I try my hardest to keep quality at the highest priority
Do I Have A Shop Front?
No I don’t have a shop front, this keeps my overheads low so I can pass on savings. Plus shipping from a shop front adds to my prices and my dream is to keep prices as low as I can possibly make them!

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Please Send me an email at email@example.com or SMS 045 800 7292 within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours if the item is shipped to your original given address (all attempts will be made to try and correct the changes). JJ’s Beehive is not responsible for wrong shipping after the 24hr time period. If the shipment is returned to JJ’s Beehive the customer will have to pay a shipping fee.
Why didn't my order come in one package?
To keep prices as low as possible, I ship from various warehouses around the world. Therefore, some of your products may be coming from various warehouses.
How Long Will My Package Take?
This depends on the product ordered and where I am sending it to.
All items are fulfilled from our warehouses located in USA, UK & China. All of our Items are custom handmade and sent from various locations, so we appreciate your patience in advance
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days, unless stated otherwise in description of product.
I do my best to get your purchases to you as fast as possible, usually does take 10-21 business days, but PLEASE allow up to 2-5 weeks when demand is high. (September to February are generally alot of public holiday periods and Peak Periods)

On that rare occasion that your item does go i or shows up late don't worry! All you need to do is contact me via email firstname.lastname@example.org I pride myself on customer satisfaction, any issues I won’t rest till it’s fixed ASAP.
How can I track my order?
Except during peak periods I can provide a tracking number which you can watch via Australia Post tracker, but sadly during peak periods alternative shipping methods are used to get your products to your door faster. During peak periods I’m not able to offer tracking until it is at the distribution center and international tracking number is provided.

If your item does not arrive 4-6 weeks at the latest, please email or message JJ’s Beehive ASAP and we will resend. Delays are sometimes unavoidable and patience is requested. Occasionally tracking hasn’t been updated and upon request we can send you a screen shot of tracking info that we receive and warehouse will be prompted to update tracking ASAP. I’m unable to do full store credits after 10 weeks at time due to suppliers time limits. After this time period I’m only able to offer 50% store credit.
If your item does not arrive within our specified time but it is on its way, we will offer compensation in the form of a discount code. If your order is lost in transit, we will resend your item PLUS provide a store discount code for future use. Unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund your order in this case. Delays are sometimes unavoidable and patience is requested. Occasionally tracking hasn’t been updated and upon request we can send you a screen shot of tracking info that we receive and warehouse will be prompted to update tracking ASAP.
We only offer store credits for items that are defective and photo evidence and description are lodged within 5 days of arrival of order arriving on trackable items. Please closely inspect your item upon receiving it and before washing, as we will not accept returns or refunds for washed items. Unfortunately we cannot process a return or refund claim of more than 5 days have elapsed since order arrival. Please contact us via email email@example.com
Cancellations and/or refunds will not be provided due to customer error or buyer remorse; including but not limited to not reading processing times or item descriptions, incorrect size/colour choice, providing the incorrect shipping address and/or change of mind. Please read full description before ordering. If the item is not claimed within 30 business days, this will void your sale & no refund will be given. If an item is returned with an insufficient address, another shipping fee will be incurred otherwise your item & sale will be forfeited.
In the case product isn’t available anymore, we are happy to issue a Store Credit to same value, so you can select another product of same value.
For hygienic reasons cosmetics & earrings cannot be returned. Nor can I offer a refund.
Sale Items: All sale items are NOT eligible for exchange or refund, so please choose very carefully.
Please Note: Colours may differ slightly due to different lighting conditions during photo shoots or screen differences. Kindly expect a slight colour difference between the actual product and the photos on our website. This is not considered as a defect.

All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks, a 256-bit SSL certificate. All information entered on this site is High-grade encrypted (AES-128 128 bit Encryption) before being transmitted over the Internet. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorised people to view the information travelling between your computer and my server. It is therefore very unlikely that anyone could read the information you entered on my site as it travels across the network. This ensures that your transaction is secure.
